If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused product within 15 days of purchase, and we will either exchange it for you or offer a refund.

within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. If it’s been longer than 15 days, you’ll be issued a credit for the current retail price of the unworn product.

 

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging (the bag box and delivery box if possible). Dena Lyons has sole discretion in determining whether the products purchased via the Website are in original condition when returned.

 

Returns

To begin a return, email us at info@denalyons.com with your name and contact information, including your address, and original order number, within 15 days of the ship date.

 

Dena Lyons has the sole discretion in determining whether the merchandise being returned is in its original condition. We want our clients to be happy with their purchases and will do our very best to achieve this goal!

The refund process will begin upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be posted in the account in which your payment was made. If you select a store credit instead of a refund, the return will be made free of charge.

 

Exchanges

You may exchange an item for another item of lesser, equal, or greater value, subject to the conditions below.

If you exchange an item for another item of greater value, you shall pay the difference in price.

If you exchange an item for another item of lesser value, you will be refunded within ten (10) business days of receipt of the item returned by crediting your debit or credit card.

If you return or exchange an item, the shipping costs for the delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged shipping costs for the second delivery.

Only one exchange per item will be honored.

The following specific conditions apply to exchanges of gifts: If you received an item as a gift from the Website, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value only (the difference in price must be paid by you, the recipient of the gift) subject to the conditions below. No refund will be made if you exchange your gift for an item of lesser value.

You may exchange the item either:

• for a different item in the same product category

• for one or several different items which together are equal in value to the full value of the original item you received as a gift
